SHIPPING
& RETURNS
We’ve made delivery and returns as seamless as the experience itself. Whether you’re collecting from our studio or receiving your look by courier, everything is designed to arrive on time and stress-free.
SHIPPING
You can choose from two delivery options at checkout:
STUDIO COLLECTION
Collect your rental in person from our Holborn studio on your chosen collection date. You’ll receive a confirmation email with full address and opening hours once your booking is complete.
COURIER DELIVERY
Prefer us to come to you? We offer tracked courier delivery straight to your door, scheduled to arrive the day before your rental begins. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
RETURNS
Returning your rental is easy but you are responsible for ensuring it’s safely returned to us no later than the final day of your rental period.
You can return your item in one of two ways:
STUDIO DROP OFF
Return your item in person to our Holborn studio during opening hours. No label required just bring your packaged item, and we’ll handle the rest.
COURIER RETURN
Use the pre-paid return label provided in your packaging.
RETURN BY COURIER IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS
1. PACK & LABEL
Fold your garment neatly and place it in the original (or similar protective) packaging. Attach the pre-paid returns label securely to the outside.
2. ADD TRACKING
Check your emails for your return link, then upload the tracking number under your Rental Details so we can monitor your return.
3. SEND IT BACK
Drop your parcel off as instructed on your label or await your scheduled courier collection. And that’s it, you’re all set.
DRY CLEANING
No need to wash your rental - we handle all professional cleaning. Please do not attempt to launder, steam, or alter any items yourself, as this may result in damage charges.
LATE RETURNS
Items not returned on time may incur additional fees. If you're experiencing any issues or delays, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
