What does the rental include?
Your booking includes the costume or accessory listed, professionally cleaned and ready to wear. Optional extras like tailoring, styling, or content creation can be added at checkout.
Can I try it on before booking?
Yes. Fittings are available by appointment at our Holborn studio. We recommend booking a fitting if you’re unsure about sizing or styling.
Can I alter the item myself?
No. Please don’t alter or wash items. We offer a professional tailoring service if you need adjustments.
Can I rent multiple items at once?
Yes, as long as the rental windows align. Availability and pricing are shown for each item individually.
Can I use this item for a professional shoot or production?
Absolutely. Our costumes are frequently hired for TV, film, editorial and commercial use. Please let us know any specific requirements during booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
All bookings are final once confirmed and paid. We do not offer cancellations or modifications, so please ensure you’re happy with the item and rental window before completing your order.
